Phoenix Publishing & Media International (Australia) Pty Ltd was founded in December 2013 and has Xanadu Publishing (Australia) Ltd under its umbrella, running the businesses of copyright trade and book sales. 

The company has created its own cultural products and exchange brands, playing an active role in the two countries' cross-cultural communication. A list of activities on books, education, culture and business were organized and hosted by the company, such as the Jiangsu Book Fair in Melbourne, the Sino-Australian children's picture book competition, and a global innovators' conference with the China Business Council. 

It has served as a valuable book and cultural exchange platform between China and Australia, and has formed a business pattern of copyright trade, book sales, cultural exchange, educational training and international trade.
