Jiangsu-based publishing giant Phoenix Publishing and Media (PPM) wowed visitors at the 24th Beijing International Book Fair on Aug 23-27 with its suite of more than 2,800 titles, journals and digital products.
A total of 16 subsidiaries of PPM brought their latest titles to the fair, the largest publishing event in Asia, with Jiangsu People's Publishing, Phoenix Science Press, Jiangsu Education Publishing House, Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing, Phoenix Fine Arts Publishing, Yilin Press and Hachette-Phoenix Cultural Development (Beijing) holding nine activities to showcase PPM’s strengths and efforts to go global.
Zhang Jiankang, president of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group, delivered a keynote speech at the BIBF opening ceremony titled "The Belt and Road Initiative: From Vision to Action".
