Phoenix Media partners with Malaysia's Intl Cultural Communication Center

Representatives from Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd and the International Cultural Communication Center in Malaysia ink a strategic cooperation agreement.

A delegation of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group from the city of Nanjing in Jiangsu province, China visited the International Cultural Communication Center in Malaysia on May 30 during the 10-day 40th Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair, which started in Kuala Lumpur on May 26.

Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd, under the flag of PPMG, and the International Cultural Communication Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the visit.

Both sides will promote cooperation in the research and development of textbooks related to Chinese language and vocational skills, international education, and cultural exchanges.

Fan Ming, director of the publishing department (global business department) of Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc, said at the signing ceremony that both China and Malaysia have rich cultures and boast a long history of cultural exchanges.

Fan added that the strategic cooperation between Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd and the center will advance the integrated and innovative development of the vocational education in China and international Chinese language education in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.

Lyu Hui'en, the center's general manager, noted that the center's influence and communication capabilities will help the educational and cultural products of Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd enter the markets of Malaysia and other countries in Southeast Asia, enhancing understanding and trust between peoples in China and Southeast Asia.

Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd is mainly engaged in the development and publishing of textbooks and digital teaching materials.
