The Overseas China Studies series is on display at the WeShine ArtSpace.

An exhibition namely Discover China from the Outside on the Overseas China Studies series kicked off at WeShine ArtSpace in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, on Dec 5 to mark the series' 35th anniversary.

In 1988, The Modernization of China, the first book in the series, was published. To date, a total of 225 kinds of books have been published, including the representative works of John King Fairbank, Frederic Wakeman, Jr., and Benjamin Schwartz. With its unique external perspective and research paradigm, the series comprising more than 220 books has established a good reputation and brand in academic circles.
