7 PPMG subsidiaries included on overseas library collection influence ranking list

Representatives of top 100 publishing institutions in China.

The 2025 Chinese Book Overseas Library Collection Influence Research Report was recently released in Beijing, where seven book publishing institutions under Phoenix Publishing and Media Group were included among the top 100 in its Overseas Library Collection Influence Ranking list.

Phoenix Literature and Arts Publishing (with a collection of 292 titles) ranked third, Phoenix Science Press (with a collection of 76 titles) ranked 34th, Jiangsu People's Publishing House (with a collection of 67 titles) ranked 40th, Yilin Press (with a collection of 53 titles) ranked 47th, Phoenix Books (with a collection of 36 titles) ranked 60th, Phoenix Fine Arts Publishing (with a collection of 26 titles) ranked 69th, and Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing (with a collection of 13 titles) ranked 82nd.

Two subsidiaries made significant strides, with the Phoenix Literature and Arts Publishing jumping from 12th place in the previous year to third place this year, and the Phoenix Science Press rising 30 places from the previous year.

The research report, jointly initiated by the China Publishing and Media Journal and Beijing Foreign Studies University, has been released for 14 consecutive editions as of 2025. This report, based on the bibliographic data of Chinese mainland publishing institutions collected by the world library system, tracks the global circulation of Chinese publications and has been highly recognized and positively received by the industry, academia, and relevant publishing regulatory authorities.
