Xanadu Publishing Ltd. was incorporated on June 25th, 2013. It is a publishing subsidiary wholly owned by PPMG and its first overseas entity, PPM International (London) Ltd. The Company is in the business of book editing and printing, marketing and distribution, digital publishing, and copyright trading. It is designed to assist PPMG with its publishing business in the UK.

The company can expand the overseas influence of the Phoenix brand, upgrade the existing businesses, and promote traditional Chinese culture. As an example, the increasing bilateral copyright trade will stimulate the import and export of cultural works and the development of Chinese and English culture.
