In the name of books – 30th anniversary of Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing
Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing Ltd., whose original name is Jiangsu Literature and Art Publishing House, was founded in 1958. It used to be part of the Jiangsu People's Publishing House, but it has become an independent entity starting from late 1985.
After years of comprehensive efforts, it has developed into a fully-fledged publishing house, featuring full-length novels, writers' collections, biographies, romantic novels, essays, poetry and academic works, all of which proved to be very popular with readers.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing Ltd., many writers, artists and scholars have sent their greetings and best wishes. Not only are they elites in their fields, but they are also our old friends, who have witnessed the growth of the publishing house and given us their support and encouragement for further development.
