A delegation from the University of Birmingham, UK, paid a visit to Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc (PPM) in Nanjing on March 13-14, making several cooperation agreements.

The delegation, headed by Jon Frampton, professor of stem cell biology at the university, had a meeting with PPM president Wu Xiaoping and vice-president She Jiangtao.

At Phoenix Science Press, the guests learned about the publishing house and its member companies and in turn introduced the university's academic strengths and cooperation with the Chinese companies and government at various levels. Both sides agreed to work together in the fields of STM publications and information services.
