Phoenix Vocational Education Books Ltd., a subsidiary of Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc. recently sealed deals with two vocational colleges in Suzhou to cooperate on a project for fostering technical talents.

The Sino-German AHK project, introduced by the center from the German Chambers of Commerce Worldwide Network (AHK), will help the Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Vocational Technology and Kunshan No.1 Specialized Secondary School to train high-end mechatronic personnel.

Qualified trainees will be offered with an AHK mechatronic technician certification, which is recognized by many developed countries and also a must-have for high-end technicians in the domestic mechatronic industry.

Mechatronics is a form of engineering that combines aspects many different engineering fields.
