Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc held a high-level forum on teaching material publishing in Nanjing on Dec 23. Representatives from 30 PPM's cooperative partners and relevant organizations took part in the forum and discussed the market prospect and industrial development, aiming to deepen cooperation in developing new educational products and services.

PPM's executive vice-president Sun Zhenfu hosted the forum and noted that the forum will be a routine event and serve as a platform for cooperation and exchange.

Directors from other publishing organizations including Shanxi Publishing Group, Zhejiang Publishing United Group and Shaanxi People's Education Press also spoke at the forum. They reached a consensus that there are both challenges and opportunities for publishing industry of teaching materials, and each publishing house should enhance exchange and achieve a win-win situation through cooperation.

PPM's teaching material department, its subsidiary for educational development, and branch publishing houses including Phoenix Education Publishing and Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing introduced their main products and advantages to participants and expressed their cooperative intentions at the forum.
