Tell Stories and Create Illustrations with a Renowned Swedish Children's Book Author

First Times in Growth: Stories of Xiaobei is about a series of new experiences Xiaobei has as she grows up. It is an ideal series for parents and children to read together. It teaches children how to cope with the difficulties of starting kindergarten for the first time, how to deal with different cultures when they go on a trip, and how to take care of others when they are in an unfamiliar environment.

Its author Kajsa Gordan has previously worked as a reporter, as a script writer for the Swedish national TV and radio broadcaster, and for many years as a teacher. In 2008, Kajsa debuted with Love & Dynamite, the first book in a trilogy for middle grade readers.

During the book fair, Kajsa will take part in art experience activities with kids and teach them how to paint.
