A cooperative agreement is reached between a Turkey-based publishing house and Yilin Press, a subsidiary of Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc.

Sun Zhenfu, president of Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc (PPM), led a delegation on a field trip to Turkey and Georgia from Sept 18 to 24. 

The delegation visited several local publishing establishments, logistics centers and bookstores, and received warm welcomes from officials and media groups. 

During a TV interview with Demirören, the largest news agency in Turkey, Sun shared his vision of how to conceive more cultural projects between the two countries, which included setting up a specific Sino-Turkish publishing center and inviting frequent exchanges among publishing insiders. 

He said he also looked forward to sound relationships being established between PPM and Turkish writers, in the hope of bringing more quality books to the two peoples. 

An agreement signed between PPM's subsidiary Yilin Press and a Georgian publishing house on China Shield, a book that collects the wisdom of China's competent industrial personnel, will make the work available to Georgian readers in the near future.
