Jiangsu-based publishing giant Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc was named one of China's most influential copyright enterprises at the 2018 China Copyright Annual Conference in Wuhan, Hubei province on Dec 1. 

Hosted annually by the Copyright Society of China, the conference is the largest of its kind in China and has an impact on copyright circles and all walks of life. 

Winning the title of China's most influential copyright enterprise is even dubbed "the Oscar" of the copyright industry. It aims to encourage companies committed to copyright creation, application, protection and management to thrive and develop. 

After the experts' considerate evaluation, PPM, along with 43 other enterprises, was awarded the honorary title. Other winners include China South Publishing and Media Group and 21st Century Publishing Group.
