The Vietnamese version of From Competency-based to Quality-oriented: Evaluation of Core Professional Quality of Secondary Vocational Students and Its Theoretical Construction and Practice of Standard System.

The Vietnamese version of a book exploring secondary vocational education was published by Vietnam's Truth National Political Publishing House in September.

The publication will better promote the principles and experience of Chinese vocational education, helping the world better learn about vocational education in China.

The book, titled From Competency-based to Quality-oriented: Evaluation of Core Professional Quality of Secondary Vocational Students and Its Theoretical Construction and Practice of Standard System, was written by professor Fang Jianhua, director of the Institute of Vocational and Lifelong Education at the Jiangsu Academy of Educational Science.

Fang expounds on the evaluation system of secondary vocational students' core professional quality in the book to provide a more scientific and complete evaluation system for secondary vocational education.
