The Phoenix Reading Festival at Jiangsu Universities hosted by Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc, or PPM, was recently listed among the best cases for brand promotion in 2023 by China Publishing & Media Journal.

To promote nationwide reading and help university students in Jiangsu province get into the habit of reading, PPM collaborated with local universities to launch the festival in March 2023, receiving congratulations videos from Writer Ye Zhaoyan, Scholar Shen Yubing, CMG anchor Li Pan, and other scholars.

In cooperation with 168 universities in the province, the reading festival carried out activities including online selection of the 20 most popular PPMG books among university students, book bazaars, competitions and various forums.

The book review and book reading competitions received over 2,000 entries from more than 100 universities, which have been published on social media platforms including Douban, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Bilibili.

The second Phoenix Reading Festival at Jiangsu Universities will be held this year.
