'Never Get Old' introduced in Paris

Never Get Old, written by Ye Mi and published by Phoenix Literature & Art Publishing Ltd, was introduced in Paris on April 14.

The novel has been listed as part of the New Era Literature Development Program launched by the Chinese Writers Association.

The novel tells the story of the search for identity and faith in never getting old. With the heroine Kong Yanni, the author continuously examines her own spiritual world to remain young at heart.

The author noted that the program intends to select novels of different styles and her book is distinguished from other candidates by its heroine with an independent spirit and pursuit of happiness.

At the promotional meeting, the book was highly praised by local publishers and a French publishing company agreed to publish the book in France. The copyright of its English and South Korean versions have been exported.

Ye Mi is the vice-president of the Chinese Writers Association and some of her works have been translated in English, French, Japanese, Russian, German, and South Korean and published overseas.
