Eight publishing houses under the flagship of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group made the list of top 100 in number of publications in China collected by overseas libraries in 2024, according to the latest report released in Beijing.
Phoenix Literature & Art Publishing Ltd secured the 12th spot with 166 publications collected by overseas libraries.
The other seven on the list are Jiangsu People's Publishing Ltd (38th), Phoenix Books Ltd (45th), Yilin Press Ltd (49th), Phoenix Science Press Ltd (64th), Phoenix Fine Arts Publishing Ltd (77th), Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing Ltd (86th), and Phoenix Education Publishing Ltd (97th).
The report, published by the China Publishing and Media Journal and Beijing Foreign Studies University, offers feedback to Chinese publishers in overseas markets, earning recognition from the industry, educational circles, and relevant authorities.
