To celebrate the upcoming 75th anniversary of founding of the People's Republic of China and the 23rd anniversary of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group's founding, the eighth Phoenix Cup Dragon Boat Race kicked off at Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing, on Sept 27.
