Phoenix Xinhua Printing Group in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, has recently obtained the qualification to carry out occupational skill level certification for specific jobs following the evaluation and filing by relevant provincial departments.

Leveraging its mature printing expertise and resources, Xinhua Printing can independently organize occupational skill level certification, providing employees with more professional and authoritative skill evaluation services.

After obtaining the qualification, the company will combine its business practices to independently formulate exam questions, organize exams and evaluations, and conduct skill level certification for four occupational job types: prepress and production operator, planographic printing operator, digital printing operator, and binding worker at five levels.

Currently, Xinhua Printing has completed the organization of the first batch of skill level certifications, with 21 staff members obtaining certificates for intermediate and advanced work.
