The delegates received representatives from institutions such as the Bologna Academy of Fine Arts and the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property, as well as illustrators from around the world, and conducted nearly 100 on-site negotiations, reaching preliminary agreements on projects that would see the gifting of English sample books of Fire City, illustration collaborations for the Ancient Poems of the Four Seasons in Childhood, and the publication of the Guqin Picture Book.

This year, the fair attracted 1,500 exhibitors from 90 countries and regions.
