The five books make the list of the 2024 China Good Books.
The five books published by the Phoenix Publishing & Media Group made the list of the Chinese Books of the Year 2024, achieving a historic high and ranking first nationwide.
The listed books include Autobiography of Zeng Xiaolian published by Phoenix Science Press, 100 Classic Public Welfare Designs of the People's Republic of China by Phoenix Fine Arts Publishing, Lu Xun and the Communists by Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing, Story of the Empty Cities by Yilin Press, and China in the World by China Juvenile & Children's Publishing House and Jiangsu People's Publishing House.
Additionally, Fang Yihe, Run Fast by Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing made it to the shortlist.
To date, PPMG has accumulated 31 books selected as annual China Good Books and 108 books included in the monthly list, ranking at the forefront of domestic groups. In 2024 alone, 16 books were selected for the monthly list, setting a new record.
