Zhang outlined four recommendations for future cooperation between the two parties: first, to further deepen copyright partnerships and increase joint efforts in literature, popular science, and vocational education; second, to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, elevate it to a strategic partnership, co-publish themed books, and enhance talent training and academic exchanges; third, to explore innovative digital cooperation models and jointly develop a bilingual digital book publishing platform for China and Vietnam; and fourth, to advance vocational education cooperation initiatives with Vietnamese universities and enterprises.

Vu Trong Lam expressed his high regard for cooperation with PPMG and fully agreed with the four suggestions. He noted that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, and this visit serves as an opportunity to further deepen and solidify the partnership between the two sides, injecting new vitality to Sino-Vietnamese cultural exchanges.

During the discussions, Jiangsu People's Publishing House and Vietnam's Truth National Political Publishing House officially signed a memorandum of understanding. This agreement grants the Vietnamese publisher the rights to translate and publish the book Solving Unique Challenges of a Century-Old Party. The Vietnamese edition aims to offer meaningful insights to Vietnamese readers.

During the visit, Vu Trong Lam and his delegation also toured Phoenix Literature and Art Publishing, Yilin Press, and visited the printing culture museum and printing facility of Phoenix Xinhua Printing Group.
